Pain Points of Traditional Elevated Pet Bed Installation
Traditional elevated pet beds often use screw fasteners for assembly. This installation method has its advantages: screw connections are sturdy and don’t loosen easily, firmly securing components and preventing detachment from pet movement. They also allow convenient disassembly for location changes or bed inspection, and properly installed screws give the bed a neat, stylish look.
However, screw fasteners also have some drawbacks. Firstly, tools like screwdrivers and drills are required, increasing difficulty and barriers for many households. Over-tightening screws can damage wooden structures, so controlling torque is crucial. Additionally, screw connections restrict adjustability in reconfiguring layouts. Finally, pets who like chewing may gnaw on exposed screws, posing safety hazards.
Proper tool use and torque control require experience, otherwise, connections may fail or cause damage. Improving on the shortcomings of traditional screw fasteners to make installation easier could greatly enhance pet bed usability and comfort.

Adopting an XYZ 3D coordinate axis design philosophy, termed the 3-way joint, the core goal is ensuring connection stability in the pet bed’s horizontal and vertical directions.
The left and right interfaces connect the bed’s short and long side tubes, while the bottom interface connects to the leg tubes. Just these four 3-way joints unite the entire bed without any extra tools needed.
The horizontal and vertical stability ensures the bed’s safety and durability. To further enhance the 3-way joint’s own stability, VEEHOO’s designers added strengthening ribs in the XY, YZ, and ZX directions, as labeled①②③ in the diagram.
Each strengthening rib utilizes an equilateral triangle design to disperse local stress and reduce maximum stress, significantly increasing the 3-way joint’s bending rigidity and reducing elastic deformation. This effectively suppresses and delays lateral deformation, cracking, etc., improving the joint’s fatigue strength and anti-fatigue life.
To withstand large dogs jumping on and off the bed, the 3-way joints use very generous wall thicknesses up to 3-4mm, greatly boosting durability and lifespan.
Effortless Installation
Many may think pet bed installation requires male strength. However, VEEHOO’s design thoughtfully considers females’ needs, enabling easy independent assembly.
In the design, VEEHOO focused not just on structural stability and safety, but also convenience for females installing alone. Anti-slip indentations on each connection piece significantly reduce the force needed by preventing slippage during assembly.
Simply matching and connecting the provided parts, the anti-slip indented 3-way joints ensure tight integration without excessive effort. This thoughtful design allows easy, stress-free VEEHOO assembly by females without any assistance.

Expandable Functions
The VEEHOO elevated bed works indoors and outdoors like in gardens. But outdoors, an additional canopy is needed to shade pets from the sun.
The canopy provides significant effects outdoors. It blocks direct sunlight and dust, ensuring cleanliness. It also creates an enclosed space for pets to have privacy and security.
To achieve this, VEEHOO’s designers added deep holes in the 3-way joints to insert canopies, enabling simple, reliable installation. With this outdoor-ready design, the VEEHOO bed can serve pets in all environments with comfortable, personal relaxation spaces.
